Before branching out on his own, William Scott spent more than 15 years in the financial services industry, working as a Business Manager for Merrill Lynch and then for Prudential. He followed that experience with 10 years as head of his own information records management business.
From there he started an ergonomics-based grip technology company, and is now actively involved as the head of two other enterprises he founded—DynaMD and The Garden Initiatives.
William has served on several nonprofit advisory boards, including chairman of the financial advisory board for the Lee County School District (Fla.), where his ideas have saved the district tens of millions of dollars. William is an active board member for the Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida and the FGCU Lutgert College of Business. He is a senior member of FGCU’s mentoring team and has personally mentored more than 300 students.
William recognizes that any initiative for positive change must begin with a strong team and plan. His passion for education, paired with his well-rounded expertise, drives him to educate and empower others. If you need assistance bringing a bright idea to light, give William a call or email us.
